Your Life is the Quality of Your Thoughts

I will be perceived as weak, they will see my vulnerability, what will they say, I feel so unworthy, I feel I am not good enough, I feel unloved, I don’t deserve what I want...”

Every time you think any of the above thoughts and all the others that you are thinking about right now. Yes those ones...

“I will never forgive you for hurting me”.

 
So what do you do?
You set yourself up to be hurt again and again and again.

Why do you think that you keep doing the same thing?
Remember, if you keep doing the same thing, you are going to keep getting the same results, so if you don’t like what you are getting, change what you are doing. Start off by becoming aware of your thoughts. You are the sum total of your thoughts.
So how does this work?
Every time you think a negative thought like “Life is a struggle”, this thought sends a message to every single cell in your body .
Now remember that the mind is in every single cell of your body. Your cells are being told that “Life is a struggle”, so that is the message that you resonate with and this thought gets sent out into the big Universe, and like attracts like. That is what you create in your reality and therefore your life becomes a struggle on all levels i.e: financial struggle, relationship struggle, life struggle etc.
Now because we are energetically linked, everytime you think a resentful thought or continue to be judgmental about other people, you are actually keeping those people in your face, as every step you take forward, they take forward with you.
 
How do you free yourself from them?
A word no-one seems to understand - FORGIVENESS.
The word Forgiveness simply means to let go or release.
 
At which moment are you going to let go of those judgmental, negative, ugly thoughts that have become so much part of your daily existence?
 The sad part about it is, that they these thoughts have become so much a part of who you believe you are, that you do not even notice them anymore.
When you catch yourself thinking these thoughts, this is how you can bring forgiveness into your life. Become the observer of your thoughts, and when you catch yourself thinking a negative intentional thought, forgive your humaness for allowing yourself to think those thoughts. (Remember we are souls having a human experience. We are here to remember who we really are, and that is a magnificent Being of Light).
 
And then take action - The Universe supports Action, not thought! The action is to immediately change the negative self-destructive self-talk, into positive constructive self-talk. This way you make the thoughts conscious, and you can then start changing the way you think, and you will notice that your life starts working for you. Hallelujah!, It took a while for you to get it.............
Remember judgements don’t work, they do not serve you, but limit your reality where your life has nothing to do with who you really are.
Another emotion we love to hold onto is ANGER. You would rather stay angry at the person, than forgive them, and remember when you forgive someone else, you are actually releasing yourself from them, and until such time as you do that, you are keeping them in bed with you. Suppressed, repressed anger is more lethal than having a weapon. Over a period of time, this kind of suppressed anger will just create dis-ease in your body.
So the choice is yours, you can either stay where you are in life; - ‘stuck’ in the victim, the martyr, the not good enough, the ‘I don’t deserve’ - or you can take your power back right now and start taking responsibility for your thoughts. Remember when you change, your world changes for the better. Look within, that is where you will find the answers, not without. Get in touch with the God within, and let the God within shine outwards.
Are you willing to start the journey of forgiveness and take control of your thoughts and emotions with all the ups and downs?
Are you willing to allow yourself to become the magnificent human being that you truly are? How can light possibly filter through to you , when you surround yourself with dark thoughts all the time. Now is the time, now is the moment, it is called the present.
Wake up! Take off your blinkers, it does not serve anyone to think that they have nothing to forgive. That is arrogance, which is just your cover up for your own lack of self-worth. It will only limit you instead of liberating you. Become joyous and have fun and start loving who you are and what you do, and live in your truth.
All your thoughts and emotions are your choice. Your choice is the ultimate freedom.

BUT WHICH MOMENT SHOULD I CHOOSE?
